Volatility and Migration Resistance

Within the polymer matrix of Polyurethane, plasticizers do not form permanent chemical bonds but instead occupy spaces between linear chains. Consequently, oil bleeding (the migration of plasticizers to the surface followed by evaporation) is a frequent issue.
