What is PU Foam Chemical?
PU Foam is a product formed through a chemical reaction between two main components: Polyol and Isocyanate, combined with blowing agents, catalysts, foam stabilizers, and other additives. When these two components are mixed in the correct ratio, the mixture expands rapidly (20–30 times its original volume) and hardens into a foam structure with either closed-cell or open-cell structure depending on the formulation.
